Nigeria has been through many ups and downs, including the Nigerian civil war, a succession of military regimes, a high rate of corruption, and an increase in crime rates in our various local communities. These have had an impact on our basic morals and behavior, causing a shift in their understanding and reaction towards our activities of daily living.
Our behavior makes 90% of our problems. They are:
1. In discriminate disposal of wastes.
2. Tax Fraud.
3. Abuse of public positions.
4. Destruction of Government property.
5. Bureaucracy
6. Negligence of the Masses towards Government related issues (political, Governance etc)
7. Inability of the masses to hold offices and personnels accountable
8. Inability to obey common statdard traffic rules.
9. Inability to adhere to basic sanitation.
10. Purposeful defaulting on housing and devlopment's land plans, building standards, illegal structure etc while developing a structure.
CRADSI uses community engagement of the common masses as a tool kit to achieve sustainable education, livelihood, agriculture, human behavior, and an improved standard of living. Government/politicians, traditional rulers, town unions, religious organizations, market unions, schools, civil organizations, youth and age groups should all be involved.

Here's what people have to say about C.R.A.D.S.I
I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and the team at Lighthouse Disability for your flexibility and support over the past few months, working together with CR.A.D.S.I.
Please pass on this message to all the staff. Support workers don't often receive praise and in this case it is certainly justified.
All of the above, plus the warm welcome and hard work from both staff members and volunteers has made TM feel like he is living in his own home. Thank you all so very much.
